Is your charger compatible with all car brands?

  Our chargers are compatible with all car models on the market.

What is the waterproof rating of your products? 

•   The waterproof rating of our products is mostly IP54 suitable for outdoor use.

Does your product have the certifications?

         Yes, all products are safe and reliable with CE, ROHS and ISO Certification.

 Do all EVs use the same connector or plug type?

What is OCPP? 

The Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) is an open-source communication protocol for networked electric vehicle chargers. The vision of OCPP is to make any EV Chargers work with any charger management software, even if the charger manufacturer and software developer has never met and are building their products on the opposite side of the world.

Do you test all your chargers before shipping?

All major components are tested before assembly and each charger is fully tested before shipped

What is your term of delivery?

EXW, FOB, DDP, CFR and CIF are all available. 

What is your term of packing?

       Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. 

What is your terms of payment?

       Mostly 100% T/T in advance. Or 50% as deposit in advance is also available.
